1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Because our products are custom-made upon order, we only accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product has a significant printing or quality issue
- The item delivered is not what you ordered
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind
- Minor color variations due to screen differences
- Delays caused by shipping partners
2. Refund Timeline
Once your request is approved,
👉 Refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order.
After printing begins, cancellation is not possible because items are made to order.
5. Replacement Policy
If your product is damaged or incorrect, you may choose between:
- A free replacement
- A full refund
Replacements are shipped at no extra cost.
6. Return Shipping
In most cases, products do not need to be physically returned.
